When you first enter the Help Desk it will ask you to create an account, this is to help provide you with ease of use in the future.

2. Provide an easy to use interface for reporting a problem.

When Do I Contact Support?

- All technical issues pertaining to Website and Control Panel
problems.

- Root password changes, SSH and FTP problems.

- Any mail issues; problems sending, receiving, forwarding, etc.
